Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation & Terrace Greene Apartments are partnering together the entire month of October.

10/1-10/31: The Leasing office will have In Memory and In Honor cards available for all donations given to the VBCF.org. ALL cards will be on display on the windows of our office.

To say we are so excited is an understatement. Terrace Greene walked away with not only 1, but S.I.X. Awards. Stacy won property manager of the year Brittany won assistant manager of the year Dave won maintenance supervisor of the year And as a team we took home: 2019 community of the year Community service award And last but surely not least... We donated 5,700 pounds of food for the Tammy Garrison food bank award. We are so thankful for our team but even more thankful for our amazing community. ♥️

Stacy Griffith

Director of Operations-2019 BRAC Community Manager of the Year!
Stacy was born and raised in the Charlottesville area and currently resides in Barboursville with her husband and their four children. She originally began her career as a Real Estate agent and found her true passion was in Property Management, which she has done for over 14 years. She is currently licensed as a Certified Apartment Manager and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. Stacy truly cares about each and every resident and wants their experience at Terrace Greene to be a great one. She manages a great staff that has that same purpose and drive.

Brittany House

Property Manager-2019 BRAC Assistant Manager of the Year!
Brittany was born in Pensacola, FL but grew up in NoVa. Moved to C-ville 5 years ago when she was offered a job at TG. She enjoys spending time with her son, the beach and all outdoor activities. Brittany has over 13 years of customer service experience and oversees leasing and accounting at TG. The residents really enjoy her bubbly personality and professionalism.

Dave McAlister

Maintenance Supervisor-2019 BRAC Maintenance Supervisor of the Year!
Dave is originally from Luray, VA, but has traveled all over with the USAF. Dave enjoys time with his two dogs, Duke & Bear, fishing, hunting and hanging out with his family. He has many years of maintenance experience and has been with TG since we opened in 2011. Dave is loved by all residents for his silly jokes and funny personality.

Jason Lam

Maintenance Supervisor
Jason has lived in Greene County his whole life. He is married and has 3 children. He enjoys watching and coaching his kids play sports and going to the OBX with family. He is a licensed electrician with 20 years of experience. He is exited to be a part of the Terrace Greene Team.

Courtney Nelson

Leasing Consultant
Courtney was born in Washington, DC and raised in Maryland. Recently relocated to the Charlottesville area after getting married. Courtney enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, being a mother, traveling, fishing, decorating and coordinating parties. She has spending over 13 years in the customer service field and is extremely excited to join the Terrace Greene Family.

Hayley Tew

Leasing Consultant
Hayley was born in San Francisco but raised in Northern Virginia. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and a former chef with 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. However, she has found happiness working in the arena of property management. Hayley is a true people person and enjoys helping others. She lives in Barboursville with her fiancé and their 3 cats and 3 dogs. She is an avid gardener who enjoys the outdoors and experimenting with homemade brews. Hayley is thrilled to be a part of the Terrace Greene Team!

Candy House

Marketing Specialist
Born and raised in Virginia, relocated to Charlottesville 3 years ago. I have 2 beautiful daughters and a bright, intelligent (extremely handsome) 3 year old Grandson. I enjoy reading, laughing until you almost cry, spending time with family and friends. Nags Head, NC is my one of my favorite vacation spots, and SKYLINE Drive is my all-time must-dos! I’ve been in Customer Relations, Advertising and Marketing for 30+ years, it’s definitely a passion of mine.

Clayton Shearer

Maintenance Technician
Clayton was born in Lynchburg, VA. He enjoys writing; he has published his first book called Beyond the Willow and is currently working on the second installment. Clayton loves to travel, and read Stephen King novels. He has worked in the maintenance field in Lynchburg for 2 years and is so excited to now be working at TG, you can always count on a wave and smile when he passes by.

Lee Smith

Maintenance Technician
Lee grew up in a Navy household, he was born in Connecticut and lived in Hawaii, California, Virginia Beach and then Greene when he was in high school. Right out of high school he joined the Air Force and was stationed in Japan, Honduras and Las Vegas. He currently resides in Greene and he and his wife have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Each one is his favorite. Lee serves Terrace Greene as a Maintenance Technician. He is always willing to help in any way he can, with a smile.

Mike Shifflett

Maintenance Technician
Mike has lived in Greene County all of his life. In his spare time, he enjoys riding and training horses, as well as spending time with his family. He has a dog named Chloe that he absolutely adores. He has been at TG for 3 years and enjoys assisting maintenance in all daily duties.

Kenny Gilbert

Maintenance Technician/Painter
Kenny is born in Charlottesville but moved around from South Carolina to West VA and back to Virginia. He has two sons and enjoys coaching basketball and baseball. Kenny enjoys the beach, grilling, and playing sports. He has almost 20 years in the maintenance/building industry and he is so excited to be here at Terrace Greene.
